The Chit Fund Calculator is provided as a general educational tool only. It uses standard mathematical formulas and user-provided inputs to estimate potential returns, savings, and costs. Actual results from any real chit fund scheme will vary based on operator-specific terms, bidding outcomes, foreman charges, group size, and regulatory conditions. Calculator outputs are not a guarantee, forecast, or promise of any financial return.
Our Advisor tool generates personalised matching information based on your quiz answers. These recommendations are algorithmically generated, informational suggestions only and do not constitute:
When you submit the Advisor quiz and a verified chit fund operator is matched in your state, your name, email address and mobile number (where provided) will be forwarded to that operator so they can contact you directly about their chit fund services. This data transfer occurs only with your explicit prior consent, given at the point of Advisor quiz submission by ticking the declaration checkbox and clicking Submit.
5. Operator Directory
Our operator directory lists chit fund operators who have applied to be listed and whose submissions have been reviewed by our team. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute:
Operators who register a listing on chit.fund represent and warrant that: all information submitted is accurate and truthful; they hold valid registration under the Chit Funds Act, 1982 and applicable state rules; and they will promptly notify us of any changes to their registration status, contact details, or services. We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time without notice if we determine it is inaccurate, misleading, or non-compliant.
When you complete the Advisor quiz and consent to the data transfer at the point of form submission, your name, email address and mobile number (where provided) may be shared with the verified operator that best matches your stated requirements and location. We aim for high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be notified by email where possible. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary service interruptions.
chit.fund currently offers certain services free of charge, including basic operator directory listings and consumer-facing tools such as the calculator and Advisor. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue pricing for any service at any time. Where a service is currently provided free of charge, this does not constitute a binding commitment to provide it free of charge indefinitely.

All content on this website — including but not limited to articles, research guides, calculator algorithms, Advisor tool logic, design, graphics, and the chit.fund brand identity — is the intellectual property of chit.fund and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable intellectual property laws.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at support@chit.fund. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Operator Listing Terms
These Operator Listing Terms apply to any individual or entity (“Operator”) who registers, claims, or maintains a business listing on chit.fund. By saving or updating your listing, you represent and agree to the following.
16.1 Authority to Act
You confirm that you are authorised to represent the company named in the listing and to enter into this agreement on its behalf. If you are acting as an individual, you confirm that you are the sole proprietor or an authorised officer of the business.
16.2 Legal Registration
You confirm that the chit fund business described in your listing is duly registered under the Chit Funds Act, 1982 and any applicable state legislation, and that, to the best of your knowledge, no court or regulatory authority has passed any adverse or disqualifying order against the company.
16.3 Accuracy and Updates
All information submitted in your listing — including company name, registration details, contact information, chit fund values, and service area — is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree to update your listing promptly if any information changes. chit.fund is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated listing information.
16.4 Certificate Authenticity
Any Certificate of Commencement of Business or other regulatory document you upload must be authentic, unaltered, and issued to the company named in your listing. You acknowledge that uploading a false, forged, or altered document may constitute an offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (including Sections 65, 66, and 66C) and other applicable Indian laws, and may result in criminal liability.
16.5 Consent to Public Display
By publishing your listing, you consent to chit.fund displaying your company name, business description, registered address, contact details, service area, and other listing information publicly on the website and in search engine results. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by deactivating your listing from the operator portal, after which your information will no longer be publicly visible.
16.6 Platform Non-Liability
chit.fund provides a directory listing service only. We do not endorse, guarantee, or vouch for any Operator’s services, financial soundness, or regulatory compliance. A listing on chit.fund — including a “Verified” badge indicating that a certificate was uploaded and processed — is not a regulatory approval, investment endorsement, or guarantee of any kind. Users are advised to independently verify all operators with the relevant State Registrar of Chits.
16.7 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless chit.fund, its operator, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from (a) any inaccuracy or misrepresentation in your listing, (b) any breach of these Operator Listing Terms, or (c) any claim by a third party arising from a user’s interaction with your business through this platform.
16.8 Listing Removal
chit.fund reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently remove any listing at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: (a) the information provided is false or misleading; (b) the Operator’s registration has lapsed, been revoked, or is subject to regulatory action; (c) the Operator has violated these Terms; or (d) the listing may cause harm to users or to the reputation of the platform.
